Now that you’ve got your company configured, let’s focus on the settings for class management.
How do I get there?
From the App Menu expand ‘Configure’ and select ‘Class Management’.
In this area you can:
- verify your billing cycles & their automated billing events
- manage your annual registration fees & bulk add clients who have already paid those fees
- configure your late fees
- if you provide makeups for missed classes, administer your makeups settings
- Class Search Fields provide the ability to customize your search criteria when trying to find something specific (ie: Class, Report, etc)
- choose whether or not to implement waiting lists
- set blackout dates for the days you aren’t in the gym – you can even exclude certain classes & choose whether or not Snap should allow makeup opportunities!
From ‘Configure Class Management’, select the area you would like to configure.
