New email address? Need to fix the spelling on a current login email address? This article will show you how!
- Once you’ve navigated to a person’s account, follow the below instructions and you’ll be on your way to selecting an End Date and/or Removing an enrollment immediately.
- Type and select the name of the desired client you need to change.
- Activate the heading dropdown & select ‘Owner’.
- Choose the ‘Login’ tab.
- Choose ‘Edit’ and change the email as desired.
Save your changes.
Congrats! You have now successfully changed an email address.
