Create An Email Account

Let’s build an email address! Here’s how:

1. Visit the Manage My Email login page.
   1. Admin ID = your domain name
      1. limited to 30 characters – if your domain is too long, trim the Admin ID down to 30 characters
      2. do not use “www.” as part of the Admin ID
   2. Password = see your Hosting Service Ticket or contact us to reset it.
2. Under Email Hosting, choose “Mailboxes”.
3. Click Add Mailbox. Complete the associated fields & save your work.

Warning! Don’t forget your new email’s username & password! You’ll need it to login to webmail or setup your account on a computer, tablet or mobile device.

Your email will begin working in approximately 10 minutes!

Check Email Online

If you’d like to utilize your email via a web browser, here’s how:

1. Visit webmail.jamspiritsites.com.
2. Login with the credentials entered in the initial mailbox creation.
