Once you’ve navigated to ‘Configure Class Management’, use its heading dropdown to select ‘Late Fees’.

Do you want Snap to automatically invoice late fees to overdue clients? Of course you do! Set those preferences and Snap will do the work for you.

On the dates specified in your Billing Cycles, Snap will automatically invoice (not auto-draft) the amounts you define here. Twice each month, you have the opportunity to invoice late accounts in 1 of 2 ways…

• • per overdue family member; or
  • per family account

After the invoices are created, Snap automatically sends an email to each overdue account, alerting them of their status.
