Once you’ve navigated to ‘Configure Class Management’, use its heading dropdown to select ‘Blackout Dates’.

 

When you’re closed for the holidays, weather, or anything else, why don’t you have Snap tidy up all the loose ends by adding a record in ‘Blackout Dates’.

 

How does it work?

By building a blackout period, Snap will…

• limit people from enrolling themselves into classes & choosing to start on those days
• keep your members from scheduling makeups into classes during that time frame
• automatically finalize applicable attendance records &, where appropriate, issue any makeup credits

Can I exclude classes?

YES! Sometimes the gym is closed to your recreational members, but not your team members. You can exclude any list of classes from your blackout period & Snap won’t do any of the fancy things we just mentioned above!
